Evaluation fees reflect the time and expertise involved in reviewing records, gathering background information, administering and interpreting assessments, preparing a comprehensive written report, and meeting with families to discuss findings and recommendations.

Pay in Full
Clients may choose to pay the full evaluation fee according to the payment terms outlined in their service agreement.
Evaluation Payment Plans
Eligible evaluation services may be divided into structured payment arrangements, including three- or six-month options, subject to the terms of the payment agreement.
Payment plan availability and requirements will be reviewed before services begin.
Therapy Self-Pay
Self-pay options are available for clients who choose to pay directly for therapy services. Eligible self-pay clients may qualify for a sliding scale discount from standard therapy fees.
Any applicable discounts and final fees will be confirmed before the initial appointment.

Insurance coverage for evaluations and therapy varies depending on your insurance plan, the type of service provided, medical necessity requirements, and provider participation.
Some educationally focused evaluations may not be covered by health insurance.
Before beginning services, we encourage families to review their insurance benefits and understand any applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or out-of-network requirements.
EduPsych will explain the payment arrangements applicable to your services before your first appointment.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, reimbursement may be possible depending on the plan and the services provided. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

EduPsych partners with school districts, nonpublic schools, and educational organizations to provide specialized evaluations, contract school psychological services, bilingual assessment, consultation, and professional development.
Because school needs vary, contract pricing is developed based on the scope of services requested.
